Just got an update from my dealer - build date is now 10th November with factory completion of 15th. Then it needs to be delivered to dealer (how long?) then the dealer will screw on my bits of bling, so hopefully will be in my sticky hands before the end of November.
I'm starting to get excited now (reaches for mirror to start practicing permagrin)

....also Jag XK......the economy 5.0 litre one...I'm REALLY smitten with this

Centre yes, rear no. D4 HSE, Active Rear Diff, surround cameras, adaptive xenons, heated steering wheel, TPMS, remote park heating, centre console cooler box

My five year old D3 HSE has a locking rear diff & I didnt have to specify this...came standard ....have Disco3 HSE TD6 Auto...winter mobile
....also Jag XK......the economy 5.0 litre one...I'm REALLY smitten with this
....& have a Freelander 2 SE Auto...realistic runabout....

you were lucky then as the locking rear diff has always been an optional extra on all models of the D3 and D4.
