On the basis of Q86ARR's previous help this might be one for him?
I did a hard reset on my MY12 car at the weekend and it fixed the dead screen issue.
Today I was out in the muck and bullets in equally sloppy conditions in the same location as two weeks ago, only this time the diffs would not lock up at all, I only just got out  Last time they were busy locking all the time.
Is it possible that the system needs reconfiguring to remind it about the diff locks, or the extra at the rear anyway?

I assume that you selected some program on the Terrain Response...
If not, no lock will occur....
