It is almost certainly popups being blocked by XP SP2 - have you tried changing IE settings (assuming you're using IE) to allow popups (from the LR Owners) site? Steve N | 2008 TDV6 SE Auto | Was 2006 TDV6 S Auto | Club Tunisia | Am I Online?

I have noticed that the GTR site does not like Firefox or any of the more modern browsers. You need to go back to IE6 for the time being.

It's never worked with Firefox for me (not even V2). Once you've got your list of documents for the vehicle, you can't go onto further pages.
Works fine in IE. Matt

Mine doesn't work on my laptop, but does on my desktop. Both IE, both same version of Windows to the same level, both with Adobe. And it's bloody annoying! iDiot Bater
