Front bearing
Hi All
Just a quick (daft) question about removing the front hub nut. I assume that where the hub nut is indented to stop it turning you have to lever it up so there is no indentation so it will rotate. I'm asking because I found it hard to get under the indentation to lever it up, so I thought i would just double check I wasn't missing anything.
Many thanks Andi.

You can do that, but as long as you have another oe to put on, I found just undoing it normally still allowed it to undo within the appropriate pressure. Bodsys Brake Bible

Ah ha, cheers Bodsy
I think i've "un indented" the nut anyway, however, I have still broken my 3/4 drive to 1/2 converter
so going to order a 3/4 drive socket for my breaker bar
Many Thanks.

Timken bearings are OEM, exactly the same as you would find in a genuine LR box, but at half the price My D3 Build Thread
