I always thought Silicon is chemically inert as they use it for wound dressings and other "enhancements" Confused Most of the time you have to worry more about the solvent that they put in cans not the product itself.

I will let you know if my Buckingham Blue has come off !

Meanwhile my cross bars slide real smooth.
