Make the front Bottle Holders do their job

Got cross with my Mouse Mat today and threw it in the bin.

How does that relate to D3s I hear you ask (metaphorically speaking). Well I took it out again and sliced it into 2" wide strips. I then took those silly inserts that make up the front Drink Holders from my D3. I then secured the strip of ex-Mouse Mat to the internal side of the insert with wide double-sided sticky tape (Carpet Tape).

With the Neoprean side of the ex-Mouse Mat inner most, it makes a very useful drinks holder for the average size bottle of pop (I don't tend to try and drink 2 litre bottles when I'm driving). I did have to secure the insert to the car with more double-sided tape, as it decided to attach itself to the bottle (like a beer mat does to a damp pint glass).

Just thought I'd share my Computer skills with you all. Very Happy
