If your Poor like me and have a Base 5 Seat, the centre headrest does fold down level with seat back. Actually my gripe is that you cannot spec up this model so well. I just did not want 7 seats.

I just keep mine down..
Keeps the rear passengers from sliding around back there!!.
The design guys thought up just about everything... except putting cupholders in the back of the middle seat!!
My rear seat passengers assume the folded down seat has them 'cause its so natural.
You know how us Yanks like our beer, err. cupholders!!

I get reminded of when I got married 15 years ago every waking hour...
...but thats a good thing of course
As is this headrest thread, I have totally removed my centre headrest, so there. It also leaves the footwell free for when the centre seat is collapsed, which is 99.999999% of the time with us. I like old threads they are very nostalgic. For example, some people would post in early 2006 when I joined something like have you tried to force it into extended mode yet, whereas now they would get called silly Nobody would do their own servicing or brake work then either as obviously they were all new D3s under warranty.
Same goes for the users. Most (dont get lairy or shoot me) would be directors, managers, business owners, etc etc whereas now they are used vehicles the user level has broadened.
The forum itself will continue to develop from a shiney place to a lot more hands on DIY.
All Good
