Here is a picture of the road 2 days after it had flooded. There is no watercourse nearby - the flood water is a build up of surface water that had no where to go!
Still in between Discos
The Ordnance Survey show a stream crossing the road at the end of the cutting to go below the motorway. It is adjacent to a short track heading east.
It has a fair catchment area up behind West Thomaston farm. It passes under the M8 at Junction 8 - which is probably where the problem originated. Unfortunately even the OS do not show hedge height!A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

I'm told it was an off duty copper that thought he could take his car swimming"Never keep up with the Joneses. Drag'em down to your level. It's cheaper".

There was an advertising slogan from the OS a couple of decades ago to the effect that if you stood still long enough you would appear on one of their maps. Go look at the newest edition!
In similar vein, who knows the subtle difference on the 1" map between a "PH" and an "Inn" ?A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.
