My mileage is starting to increase now that I have over 4000 miles on it. Not really relevant to you folks with TDV6's, but I thought you might be interested nonetheless:

Average: 15.5 mpg (Mix of highway and city commuting)
Best: ~20 mpg (all highway, with only 800 miles on the truck)

I just filled up last night and the consumption gauge read 18.7mpg average after my commute to work. I bet my average will start climbing to mid 16's as my mileage is really getting fairly good. 18.7mpg commuting in traffic, mix of city/highway, is really good IMO!

If I'm on the throttle alot I have seen it go as low as 10.3, though Shocked '05 LR3 HSE

After my expereinces with a nun in Rome the other week, she would not have got 5 mpg, plus her hand signals should have warranted several hail Mary's.
