Just adding to this list of fixes. I had this fault after changing out the air dryer and rebuilding the exhaust reservoir valve block. My issue was I had only finger tightened the air line leading from the dryer to the exhaust reservoir valve block.
When it comes to leaks that produce this code, they seem to generally be large enough to be audible. 2008 LR3 HSE, 4.4L V8

I am new to D3, and this is one of the first faults I am looking at tackling.
It seems most of these faults on this thread are leaks elsewhere, rather than compressor failure? So u will set about with the soapy water leak testing.
