In what way does this make us Little Britain?
For India this is a very sensitive issue, with ongoing disputes with Pakistan they felt, as a nation, they needed to continue having the Indian judge at the ICJ.
We could have continued the deadlock but it would have been petty and counterproductive, or is that your vision of Britain?
