It’s a good motor. As soon as I bought this disco we did both crossover coolant pipes, water pump, thermostat and upgraded to the new coolant pipe. So far it runs great.

It's not a tdv6 diesel so you'll be fine, but most of us will be jealous so don't expect any help from here

So…. I have bitten the bullet and paid 1500 quid for a 55 reg Tonga green SE auto. It has an abs fault and possibly more issues, but I’m keen! Worked for a dealer when these came out in 04/05 so fairly familiar of sorts! Think I was actually one of the first to remove a body off one!

The abs fault relates to left rear sensor. I’m sure I remember wiring in the front left wing causing that exact issue when they were new! We’ll see, for 1500 it looks very tidy!

Hi Sorry thought I had posted here last year.
Picked up a Disco 3 6 months ago HSE Model
Needed a new battery 4 miles from the dealer who sorted it out pretty quickly
Sunroof drainage issues
Fuel tank has needed new sender units
Gear Selector issues jumping out of gear
Boot tailgate struts
It has the screens in the front head rests with a DVD drive in the boot but no magazine.
Does anyone know which magazine fits?
Is there a manual for the rear entertainment?
All seems good now and enjoying the ride.
Also have a Mercedes C220 CDi and a 2014 Fireblade
