New disco 4 owner!
Hiya all just thought I'd say hi and thanks for letting me join the forum, I'm due to pick up a disco 4 in the next week so I dare say there's lots of things I'll be looking for and if you don't mind I'll probably also be looking to pick people's brains about various things, so thanks in advance!
Cheers Andy

Hi all!
Newly joined member, I thought I should get round to joining rather than standard lurking!
I bought my first Discovery in November last year, I'm a stranger to Landrover ownership but not to 4x4s and offroading.
My aim is to mod up my D3 as time and funds allow mostly for laning, I'm hoping eventually that I can do some longer range trips than I had in previous 4x4s.
I look forward to bothering you all with questions that have been asked millions of times before!

Newby, well old newby!
Hello All,
Long time lurker on this site, well so long that i couldn't remeber my log in details so set myself up as a newby! Have wanted a Discovery for around 10 years but never quite pulled it off. Last week that finally changed and I bought a 2015 HSE Luxury in metalic black with 39K miles on it. Absolutely love it!
Cheers PJ

Bonjour Martin
Lots of excellent members in Hampshire - whereabouts are you?

Hi NJSS,
I'm in North Hampshire, right on the border with Berkshire between Reading and Basingstoke. A charming place called Tadley, with no redeeming features other than that I live here, making it infinitely better.

Hi,
New member, just purchased a 2005 Discovery 3.
I’ve had a Freelander before and my wife runs a Range Rover Evoke.
I’m a bit scared of some of the running costs I’ve heard about, but needed a large vehicle to tow my twin axle caravan.
Hopefully all will be okay.
Just in the process of removing tobacco smell from the interior.
