The original "What did you do in your Discovery 3 thread has been very popular for years now, so thought it was about time to start a new one

I left it at home and took the Defender to Kielder Forest with 2 dogs to take part in a 22 mile sponsored walk. Big blister on my heel now - first I have had in years ! But a fab day - just purrrfect weather Disco 4 TDV6HSE

Put my sons 8ft surf board in the back and went to Saltburn to watch him surf. Great weather and surf.

Drove across the Cotswolds to Westonbirt Arboretum to see the Autumn tree colours.
First long-ish drive in the car. 30.4 mpg, very smooth and comfortable. Getting used to the size of it! Paul

I took a black HSE out for a test drive with the missus and nipper today. Will be going back to order my car mid week. January build, February delivery.

I took a neighbour for a test drive in ours today. They currently have a Volvo XC90 and previously had a M Class Merc. No surprise then that they thought the D4 was "fantastic" and will be ordering one later this week. I am pretty sure they will go for Nara Bronze which - as Verydisco's Photo above shows - looks great on this vehicle Disco 4 TDV6HSE

Would appear that Nara Bronze, as the launch vehicle colour, seems to be the D4's Zambezi/Zermatt (of the D3) Steve N | 2008 TDV6 SE Auto  | Was 2006 TDV6 S Auto  | Club Tunisia | Am I Online?

Picked mine up and drove to Crawley, took relatives out for a run in it. Came home and played with the cameras. Started to put some of the bits back into the D4, to bar stowage unit now fitted. Tow bar, roof bars, side steps, tow bar storage unit.
