nothing....cash from savings...most expensive car we ever bought...a frighten experience...never had auto before...will we like it...if not what do we do...a worrying time...but hey it all turned out fine ,,,fantastic car in fact..now on our second new d4..at 70 probably my last car...what a way to go out.we are fortunate and respect that......

I agreed to sell my GSA 1200 but I didn't (wrong time to sell) , so I took a dividend to pacify SWMBO. Sold the GSA in the summer and bought a MINI JCW.

I am on my 3rd D3. Picking it up this Thursday.
This one bought following a fire so largely paying for it with an insurance cheque. D3 07 SE - still going strong
D3 07 HSE - gone to car heaven
FL1 - gone to Romania
D3 05 HSE - gone to a divorce diet
D1 V8 manual - gone but not forgotten
RR Classic - gone to car heaven
Jeeps, Lexus, X-trails... Too many to name..

Sold my D3 in 2012. Then had a Cayenne for 3 years and then a FFRR for just over a year. Now massively downsized to an All4 Mini Cooper S, since don't need so many seats or space.
But nice to pop back here for a change!No longer a D3 owner but still subscribed to multiple threads!
